Devon View is an elegant, very well maintained and preserved Victorian property set on the magnificent 7 mile long promenade of Swansea Sea Front offering delightful accommodation on a Bed and Breakfast or Room Only basis.

Returning year after year visitors have enjoyed excellent service and the comfort of the charming bedrooms. Whatever the reason for visiting Swansea whether it be for the stunning scenery and views in the Gower and Swansea Valleys with all their natural beauty, stunning walks or just a well earned break.

Alison and Angela (Mother and Daughter) with their friendly team will endeavour to make your stay as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Devon view has ample parking around it and the CCTV covered council car park is only 3 minutes walk away.  A good range of local shops are only 5 minutes flat walk away. If you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary why not surprise your loved one by ordering some flowers or chocolates or champagne or all of them to be put in your room for your arrival. .
