1. Standard Single with shared bathroom £25 - £30 per night
2. Standard Twin with shared bathroom per person £25 - £30 per night
3. Standard Double/Triple with shared bathroom per person £25 - £30 per night.
4. Standard Family Room with shared bathroom per person - £25 - £30 per night.
5. En-Suite Twin per person  £35.00 - £40.00 per night.
6. En-Suite Double per person £35.00 - £40.00  per night
7. En-Suite Family Room per person - £35.00 - £40.00  per night 
8. En-Suite Single - £45.00 - £55.00  per night 

Children under the age of 5 yrs old stay free* subject to a maximum of 2 and on condition that they are using the same bedding as the adult(s).

Children between 5 yrs old and 12 yrs old are chargeable at the rate of 50% of the normal per person room charge.*

People over the age of 12 yrs old are charged at the normal per person room rate.

Please note it may be necessary to show proof of age.

Maximum number of baby cots allowed in a room is 1 and is provided free.

 * Children staying on a free or reduced rate charge are entitled to a lite breakfast.**

** Lite breakfast consists of :- Fruit Juice, Tea or coffee or hot chocolate, a bowl of cereal, toast with jams. Other items are available on the main menu and are chargeable.

Booking Information

Please note that payment for the reservation may be required at the time of booking in the event that the booking is short notice to the arrival of the guest and reservation will require either a credit card or debit card to secure the booking.  Deposits of 50% of the total booking price is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non refundable. We recommend that all guests obtain appropriate insurance to cover cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the due date of arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking. Bookings cancelled up to 7 days of the due date of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge of either 50% of the total booking or the first night’s stay in full which ever is the least, subject always to a minimum of 1 night’s stay.

It is strongly suggested to all guests that they take advantage of the availability of holiday type insurance to ensure they are covered for cancellation as is typically used for overseas holidays.

Devon View does not accept any liability for guests not having suitable insurance.

Checking In & Out

Generally guests can check in after 12  midday on the day of arrival. Reception is not manned 24 hours. Late arrivals, after 10pm, can be arranged with sufficient notice.

Check out time on the day of departure is strictly 10am as cleaning staff require access. Late check-out may be arranged subject to a small additional hourly rate for the duration of the late checkout.  This hourly rate is generally regarded to be the national minimum hourly rate currently £5.80.
